I was scared and nervous at first, and what made me come [to UMA] is the support. They鈥檙e amazing! My learner advisor, they really pushed me, they really helped me, and I appreciate it. I have came a long way to become the woman that I am today. I鈥檝e been through some trials and tribulations in my life, and I feel like UMA has kept me on a path to not make me wanna go back to my past journey. Don鈥檛 give up on your journey, keep pushing, don鈥檛 never let nobody tell you that you can鈥檛 do it. It really doesn鈥檛 matter how old you are 鈥� go to school, get a career, make something of your life. Don鈥檛 never let anybody tell you that you cannot do it, because I did it, and if I can do it you can do it.
