The main reasons why I think I would recommend UMA to anybody is that the candidates they produce are quality candidates and they are available when we need them to be which is excellent. We鈥檙e on the receiving end of some very last-minute requests from our clients. We need the ability to generate a pool of qualified applicants very quickly. It鈥檚 good to have a partner who isn鈥檛 fazed by that and who doesn鈥檛 over promise and under deliver. Something I really value and respect about working with UMA is the investment they have made in their career services provision for candidates because it鈥檚 not just about getting people through a certification, it鈥檚 actually building readiness for the world of work. That鈥檚 really vital and I鈥檓 impressed they have invested so much in that.
