Our experience having Ultimate Medical Academy as a partner has been very positive. There鈥檚 constant communication between our two organizations, all working around the objective of providing a great experience for our EMT apprentices. When there are concerns, we address them together. When we celebrate, we celebrate together, and we鈥檝e really come a long way. It鈥檚 a testament to a productive partnership.

Through our apprenticeship program, we鈥檙e getting high-quality emergency medical technicians who immerse themselves in the training and the environment that UMA provides to students. This partnership has helped us address staffing shortages and maintain our ambulances and team members in order to provide 911 EMS response to the community. I鈥檓 very proud to be a part of this partnership with UMA, and seeing the growth we鈥檝e achieved over the last year makes me excited to see how much more progress we鈥檒l continue to make in the years ahead.
