As an instructor at Ultimate Medical Academy, I鈥檝e had the privilege of supporting students in the Health and Human Services program since 2011. My journey began after hearing UMA鈥檚 name from former students during my time as a school psychologist, and I was inspired by their enthusiasm and success. Today, I teach full-time online from Tampa, Florida, and remain deeply motivated by the progress and accomplishments of my students. Witnessing their growth and hearing them describe their education as a life-changing achievement is incredibly rewarding.

Each day at UMA is dynamic and purposeful. I teach five classes, maintain close communication with students, and use data to proactively offer support my learners both academically and personally. UMA stands out for its commitment to innovation, continuous training, and fostering creativity in the classroom. The sense of community here is strong, with regular meetings and cross-department collaboration that ensure everyone feels connected and empowered to succeed.
