I was working for the same company for about 10 陆 years. I was feeling pretty comfortable and was planning to retire with them. The company got downsized and so at the age of 53 I had to figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up. My wife had said, 鈥淲hy don鈥檛 you try medical billing and coding?鈥� I did some research online and thought, yeah, I can do that.

I spent 11 months getting my diploma and was lucky enough to graduate with honors. It鈥檚 been a great experience. I had not been to college in over 30 years, so I had to get back into the swing of that. Being able to do it online was incredibly convenient. It was a home run all the way around.

UMA was phenomenal for me. I really can鈥檛 say enough good about it. They are really always there for you. Whether you are having issues studying or if you鈥檝e got questions, they get that. I think that speaks volumes.
